1. The game

ChaseCount is a skill challenge: a shared counter moves toward a target (Winlevel). Whoever lands the counter exactly on the target with their tap wins the advertised prize.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to registered users aged 18 or over with residence in Switzerland. One account per person. Guest access may browse but cannot play.

3. ChaseCoins

Each counter tap consumes ChaseCoins. Coins can be purchased on the website. Purchased coins are non-transferable and are not refunded for cash.

4. Prizes

Winners are notified in the app and by email. Legal recourse is excluded. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Fair play

Automated input, manipulation, or multiple accounts lead to exclusion and forfeiture of coins and winnings.

6. Privacy

Only data necessary to operate the game (name, email, play activity, coin transactions) is stored. Data is not sold to third parties. Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe.
